2.0 User Accounts
To upload your CV, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

- Ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
- Activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
3.0 Uploading CVs and User Content
When you upload a CV or other content (“User Content”) to our Website:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display the content in accordance with our services.
- You retain full ownership of your content.
- You agree not to upload false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing materials.
3.1 Automatic CV Deletion
To comply with data protection obligations and ensure the accuracy of candidate data:
- Uploaded CVs will be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity (no logins or updates to your profile).
- We will notify you by email before deletion, giving you the option to log in and extend the retention period.
- You may delete your CV or account at any time via your account settings.
This policy ensures that outdated or irrelevant personal data is not retained longer than necessary, in line with the UK GDPR.
4.0 Data Protection and GDPR
We process personal data, including CVs, in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Our Customers will only have access to your anonymised CV if you opt in or mark it as publicly searchable (depending on settings).
